Natural Health 101 – Tip 1: Begin Eating Healthy

Busy lives prevent the average American from eating food that’s really nutritious.  Yet, eating a healthful diet is the number one factor in preventing disease.   It may be hard to swallow, but being careful about what you eat—and what you don’t eat—significantly impacts every part of your well-being:  the way you look, the way you feel and even the way you act and think.  A poor diet contributes to: weight gain, excessive tiredness, depression symptoms, mood swings, inadequate sleep patterns, indigestion symptoms and most importantly, chronic illness.
