Daivati Bharadvaj, N.D. earned her doctorate degree from the National College of Natural Medicine in 2003, after her bachelor’s degree from Cornell University in 1999. After successfully completing a residency in Naturopathic Family Medicine, she serves her community as a primary care physician. She is the author of Natural Treatments for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, an excellent resource for health care providers and CFS patients alike (Greenwood Praeger 2008). She has been published in Energy Times and Naturopathic Doctor News & Review, and she speaks currently about natural medicine at academic institutions (OHSU, NCNM, Oregon State University) and medical conferences.
Beyond her practice, she teaches as a faculty member of Portland Community College, and offers workshops, herbal hikes, group cleansing diets, Ayurvedic cooking lessons, and educational events to her community. Her interests include classical Indian dancing, traveling abroad, hiking and backpacking, cooking and motorcycling.
